What We Are Looking For


Coffee ’n Clothes is looking for a Creative Team Lead to join our team and manage creative deliverables and programs. This temporary position will run from April 1 through August 31, 2025.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative agency process, creative resourcing and deliverable planning, and internal and external creative collaboration. . Creative experience inside an experiential agency is a must. 


This is an exciting opportunity to oversee an incredible creative team of full time and freelance resources.


Key Responsibilities


  • Creative Team Leadership and Management: Provide clear direction and strategic oversight to creative directors and designs on client projects.

  • Resourcing: Partner with Resource Manager to best utilize team members to achieve client goals and  deliver against agreed upon scope. Project Oversight and management: Supervision of creatives, deliverable mapping and creative workback schedule creation, managing some projects directly*, playing the Creative Director role from beginning to end. 

  • Approvals on creative work ensuring highest standards are met and client vision achieved. 

  • Partnering with internal production and account teams to ensure seamless working relationships and set creative expectations. 

  • Comfortable instilling and implementing new creative direction (internal and external) should project goals and KPI’s shift


Requirements


  • 5+ Years in an agency Creative Role

  • Creative team leadership Experience

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong understanding of creative as it applies to experiential work and deliverables

  • Taking ownership of creative problems by being solution and action oriented

  • Ability to adapt and quickly pivot on project and resourcing needs should project goals and timeline shift

  • Excellent attention to detail is a must.
