What We Are Looking For
Coffee ’n Clothes is looking for interns (school credit compensation) to support our New Business (Sales) team This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing agency and help support the needs of a scaling team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to learn and expand their knowledge of the inner workings of an experiential creative & media agency.
Ideal Candidate
Studying - Advertising, Branding, Communications, Marketing, Media, Social Media, Business, Trends & Culture
Past Experience - Past internship experience in same/similar role(s)
Qualities - Ability to work with multiple people, strong writing/ communication skills, interest in marketing/events/experiential marketing,creative thinker, solution-oriented, dependable, professionalism, urgency/achieving deadlines, organizational skills.
Potential Responsibilities To Include:
Administrative
- Help with internal sales platforms e.g. Hubspot, Apollo, keeping clean, data entry, etc
Market Knowledge
- Read trades, share with sellers, enter key contact info Hubspot
- Competitor data, what other experiential agencies are doing
- Apply thought-leadership e.g. pulling experiential trends for emails, newsletter, video, webinars
Sales Materials
- Help sellers for specific pitches e.g. research, presentations
- Proactive selling e.g. review all branded experiences for upcoming holidays/events e.g. Superbowl, Valentine’s Day, ExpoWest, SXSW
- General collateral re: experiential industry strengths
Marketing
- Support on external facing comms e.g platforms (LinkedIn, Insta), newsletter, video
- Create some invaluable assets/tools that brand partners need
