CNC Agency, a full-service marketing agency, offers experiential and retail programming, mobile tours, live events, branded merchandise, partnerships, content, PR and more. We're looking for an experienced, New Business / Partnerships leader to join our core team in a Full Time capacity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customers
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all departments within a company
- Be an initial point of contact for new client opportunities, while managing timelines across multiple potential engagements
- Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
- Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solutions
- Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
- Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
- Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to create business development materials, including pitch documents, presentation decks, case studies and website updates. You’ll work directly with company leadership as well as our new business and marketing team.
- Research new business prospects to qualify opportunities and uncover valuable client insights to drive our approach.
- Manage our case studies and maintain our business development database to ensure we have an accurate picture for our CRM efforts.
- Manage pitches and proposals from start-to-finish, including the development of pitch strategies alongside product management, design and production teams
- Maintain online databases and update materials for revenue organization
- Work within our CRM and tech stack for pipeline management
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in sales
- Experience selling to the C-suite
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
- Self-starter: Someone who thrives in a deadline-oriented environment and is highly organized.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease, strategically prioritize them, and analyze opportunities to make recommendations on approaches.
- Demonstrated self-starter comfortable trying new things, quick to learn new skills and able to proactively identify new opportunities.
- Well versed in CRMs
- Knowledgeable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- People orientated and not afraid to ask questions and collaborate cross-functionally
- Fluent in English and able to communicate with finesse
