Lead budget planning, strategic development, and feasibility analysis across multiple creative concepts and RFPs.
Build detailed budgets based on client briefs and objectives, and align closely with the creative team to ensure ideas stay within budgetary parameters.
Offer insights on the cost implications of creative ideas, proposing smart adjustments to maximize impact while managing spend.
Develop detailed workback timelines and provide logistical insights that strengthen proposals.
Research and source venues and vendors, tailoring options to project needs, timelines, and creative vision.
Collaborate with vendors to secure accurate estimates for services and materials.
Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure proposed concepts can be delivered on time and within budget.
Join internal and external calls as a production expert, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Present budgets and cost rationales to clients in a clear, persuasive manner.
Who You Are
A strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of creativity and logistics.
Skilled in translating big, imaginative ideas into practical, executable plans.
Confident presenting to clients, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Experienced in building budgets, timelines, and production strategies for experiential, creative, or agency-driven projects.
