CNC Agency is a new breed of marketing agency that creates physical-first experiences for brands that shift culture. We infuse strategy, creativity, in-house production and technology to develop physical connections with digital layers. The award-winning creative experience agency was born out of the Coffee 'n Clothes legacy which started as a hashtag on Instagram in 2014 (#coffeenclothes). CNC Agency, a full-service marketing agency, offers experiential and retail programming, mobile tours, live events, branded merchandise, partnerships, content, PR and more. We're looking for an experienced, Account Manager to join our core team in a Part Time capacity. This role has the potential to turn into a Full Time position.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day client communication and management on a number events and projects.
- Lead communications on pre-production logistics, internal project management, creative development management and briefing, presentation development + delivery, project tracking, wrap reports.
- Lead weekly external client status calls, as well as weekly internal project meetings.
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with clients, allowing you to deliver client presentations and plans.
- Act as the client's primary point of contact during the planning and execution.
- Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions while delivering on KPI's
- Work with internal production partners and at times, 3rd party vendors, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables and cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Desire to provide an elevated client service experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in client facing communications
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi faceted startup environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Eager to learn how to best communicate with internal and external team members given 100% remote working conditions.
- Advanced project management skills including budget creation, management and reconciliation
- Fluency in the language of experiential activations- impressions, pop ups, budgets, etc
- Familiarity and strong enthusiasm for Coffee ’n Clothes brand, retail verticals, brand marketing and products we offer to our partners
- Quick, creative thinker and idea contributor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in Keynote, G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Willing to travel when required
